Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Vellumartwholesale.com web site and purchase of the products on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shopping with Vellumartwholesale

  • You can Order Products in the following ways:

  • When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
  • When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation of payment email we will then check availability and only contact you if there is an issue with your order.
  • Vellumartwholesale.com may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
  • All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

  • The price for each Product is shown on Vellumartwholesale.com Web Site 
  • We always try to make sure that the prices on Vellumartwholesale.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full to your PayPal account.
  • You will be notified of the delivery costs and handling charges automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For more information about our delivery charges please see Delivery Section at the top right of our site.
  • Prices are quoted on Vellumart.com in UK pounds. The Vellumartwholesale.com "currency converter" can be used to estimate the price in your currency. Please note that the "currency converter" is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and Vellumartwholesale.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. As changes are made to our delivery system we will update our web site to reflect this.
  • You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by PayPal.

Availability

  • We try to keep Vellumartwholesale.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular Product will always be available. If we can't supply a Product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
  • All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

Delivery

  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your PayPal details. For more information about our delivery charges for despatches to UK and international addresses please see our Delivery Section on the top right of the site. 
  • Vellumartwholesale offers Standard Delivery (1-2 days uk delivery) in most cases. Please see the Delivery page at the top right of web site for details on this service. Each Product has a Standard delivery time unless stated on the product page, you should refer to these for more details about delivery times.
  • Our couriers require a signature on most of our items and operate between 8am and 6pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products (if needed) between these hours.
  • We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Vellumartwholesale.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. So please order early in case of delays.
  • If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. Please note only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
  • Please Order from Vellumartwholesale.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Vellumartwholesale.com cannot be responsible for this.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Returns

    • We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions when an item is faulty and it will be necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
    • We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

    Faulty Products

    • We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, we will replace with another copy of the same item. If the same item is out of stock or discontinued we will provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us within 30 days of receipt.
    • In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of returning the faulty product. You will need to send proof of carriage costs back with the item so your refund can be delt with as quickly as possible.
    • Please note the item must be faulty on delivery and not developed a fault after continued use. In the case of faulty machinery you must use your manufactures warranty and contact the manufacture.
    • This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
    • Please note you are responsible for ordering the correct product. Orders placed cannot be changed or cancelled. Items cannot be returned due to your incorrect ordering. Please check and double check that the item is what you want BEFORE you place the order. Please note that once you click pay you have purchased the item. If our delivery times are too long for you please do not order the item. Returning an item due to late delivery is not allowed, so please order with this in mind.
    • To Confirm this returns policy: we will only exchange a faulty item for an exact replacement of the same item both in size, colour and design. This item must have been faulty on delivery and have not developed a fault through misuse. If you have any questions please email or call us before placing any orders.

    • Vellumartwholesale.com has tried to make the descriptions (including all pictures) of the Products as accurate as possible but you should check the dimensions stated on Vellumartwholesale.com or contact us for exact sizes.
    • Please check the delivered Products as soon as possible on receipt as we will not cover any subsequent loss or destruction.
    • Vellumartwholesale.com will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person's services.

We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

    General

    • If Vellumartwholesale.com does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
    • In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Vellumartwholesale option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
    • These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Vellumartwholesale.com and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
    • Since we are principally aiming Vellumartwholesale.com at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries (though we will try to make sure it does).
    • Under the UK Criminal Justice Act 1988 it is an offence to sell knives and certain bladed or pointed articles to persons under 16 years of age.
